Midnite is seeking a Product Design Director to lead our Design team and drive the overall user experience across surfaces, including native, web, and back-office platforms. You will embed design in key product decisions and raise the bar for craft and ambition as we scale.

You will manage five designers, shape long-term experience direction, mature our design systems, and partner with Product and Engineering leadership to balance speed and quality.

• Proven track record leading product design at scale.
• Experience building or maturing design systems.
• Hands-on craft capability and willingness to contribute to high-stakes initiatives.
• Trusted strategic partner to Product and Engineering leaders, contributing to roadmap direction.
• Mentoring and hiring to raise the team's capability.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Product Design team, line managing five designers and setting a clear standard for craft and ownership.
• Define and uphold the experience bar across all product surfaces, including native, web, and back-office platforms.
• Ensure coherence across squads so Midnite feels like one joined-up system.
• Shape long-term experience direction and codify guiding principles.
• Mature and drive adoption of design systems for speed and consistency at scale.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership on strategy and trade-offs.
• Contribute hands-on to high-impact initiatives and elevate outcomes through design.
• Coordinate with Brand, Creative, Growth, CRM and Games to ensure cohesive end-to-end experience.
• Explore emerging technologies, including AI, and apply where value is added.
• Strengthen structures that enable experience quality to scale as the company grows.
