Job summary

Midnite in the United Kingdom is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own complex problems across Core UX and Core Internal teams, shaping regulated customer journeys and internal tooling. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design and Compliance to translate regulatory needs into intuitive experiences and scalable products.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in regulated environments.
• Hands-on expertise in KYC, identity verification, affordability, AML or related risk products.
• Ability to translate regulatory complexity into clear product strategy and ownership.
• Experience collaborating with Compliance, Risk, Legal and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, discovery, roadmaps and delivery across Core UX and Core Internal teams, turning priorities into problem statements and measurable outcomes.
• Shape regulated customer journeys across KYC, verification, affordability, safer gambling and player limits while balancing regulatory requirements with customer experience.
• Partner with Compliance to understand outcomes and develop better solutions rather than just implementing requests.
• Improve internal systems, integrations, back-office tooling and automation supporting Compliance and operations.
• Collaborate with Engineering Lead and Designer through the Three Amigos model with Data, Player Support and stakeholders to solve cross-functional problems.
• Support international market expansion by building reusable capabilities adaptable to local requirements.
