Job summary

Idox seeks a senior leader to head Data Services, overseeing complex ETL, data migration and transformation programmes. You will drive strategic capability, governance and repeatable delivery models while balancing customer value and commercial outcomes.

This home-based UK role requires strong leadership, deep technical expertise in data integration, and a track record of delivering large-scale multi-source data projects for public sector clients.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience running Data Services, Data Migration, ETL or Professional Services delivery functions.
• Experience building and scaling operational delivery teams with clear accountability.
• Proven ability to lead complex data migration, ETL, transformation and multi-source alignment programmes.
• Strong customer-facing leadership in software/public sector environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Data Services strategy for complex ETL, migration, reconciliation and data alignment.
• Lead Data Services transformation to scalable, commercially viable delivery.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Sales to shape LGR delivery capability and propositions.
• Own utilisation, forecasting, capacity planning, margin and delivery performance.
