Qualifications

• 3–6 years’ experience in Hard FM procurement with a strong project focus.
• Proven experience procuring capital works, refurbishment, or lifecycle projects.
• Strong capability in managing multiple concurrent procurement projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for Hard FM projects.
• Support capital expenditure programmes and refurbishment works.
• Negotiate project contracts and manage contractor performance.
