Job summary

Growth Protocol, Inc. is hiring a Growth Delivery Director to lead the deployment of our neuro-symbolic reasoning platform across enterprise client engagements.

You will own the full client relationship from onboarding through expansion — translating complex business challenges into structured, high-impact workflows and ensuring clients realize measurable value from the platform. This is a strategic and hands-on role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in consulting or solution delivery with hands-on technical depth in AI/ML deployment
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder engagements with C-suite and senior executive clients
• Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML applications or intelligent workflows — including LLMs, RAG pipelines, forecasting models, or symbolic reasoning systems
• Ability to synthesize ambiguous business challenges into structured, actionable problem frames
• Experience working closely with engineering and product teams to scope and ship production-grade solutions
• Demonstrated ability to drive account retention and expansion in partnership with Sales
