Bausch Health urgently seeks an Account and Professional Relations Specialist to drive growth across strategic and high-potential customer accounts in Greater London. You will increase treatment utilization, engage customers, and support portfolio adoption through practice development and account planning.

Responsibilities include developing account plans with Territory Managers, analyzing clinic performance, and conducting business reviews to enhance outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in aesthetics, medical devices, healthcare, pharma or related sectors.
• Strong consultative selling and account development capabilities with relationship management.
• Experience developing and executing territory or account plans.
• Experience supporting marketing initiatives and demand generation.
• Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships in a consultative sales environment.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute account plans for strategic customer accounts and growth in Greater London.
• Analyze clinic performance and identify opportunities to improve utilization and patient retention.
• Conduct business reviews and implement growth plans with marketing support and staff training.
• Provide consultative recommendations to improve clinic performance and commercial outcomes.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor utilization trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate and achieve high attendance at user meetings and workshops; support tradeshows.
• Develop and maintain key relationships and identify new customers.
• Ensure collaboration with territory managers, marketing and clinical teams.
