Job summary

EACH Counselling is seeking a Development and Funding Officer to lead fundraising, bids and profile-building across multiple sites. The role focuses on securing new income streams and diversifying funding for services across our charity network.

You will manage grant writing, engage funders, and develop evidence-based proposals to support mental health and related community services. This is a hybrid role with remote work and site visits in Greater London and beyond.

Qualifications

• Strong track record of grant and tender writing.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Experience using impact and needs evidence to secure funding.
• Ability to identify and realise new funding streams.
• Building relationships with funders and partners.
