Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEx Fellow with right to practice.
• Proven ability to manage serious injury claims.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Competent with case management tools and MS Excel/Word.

Responsibilities

• Handle a portfolio of claimant serious injury claims, predominantly RTA, with case values up to £50,000.
• Engage with clients through regular communications and meetings.
• Work with multidisciplinary team of experts including medical experts, case managers and counsel.
• Draft statements, pleadings and schedules of loss; secure interim payments.
• Optimise settlement and manage client expectations; maintain high standards of work quality.
