Job summary

Partner Company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Staff Data Analyst to own analytics for a global travel marketplace. You will build data foundations, transform complex data into actionable insights, and work with senior stakeholders to influence product priorities and business outcomes.

You will develop data models, pipelines, and analytical products, introduce product analytics and experimentation capabilities, and drive data quality and reliability across teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data analytics or analytics engineering with ownership of complex initiatives.
• Experience influencing senior Product, Engineering, or business leaders with clear insights and commercial mindset.
• Hands-on analytics engineering focusing on dbt models, data pipelines, and end-to-end analytic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics across the customer-facing business, covering enterprise partners, self-service customers, API adoption, booking performance, and commercial outcomes.
• Partner with senior leaders to define analytical priorities and translate business questions into data-driven decisions.
• Build, validate, and maintain dbt models, data pipelines, and analytical products across fragmented data sources.
• Establish standardized metrics and reporting frameworks to resolve dashboard discrepancies and provide a trusted view of product performance.
• Analyze customer journeys, API usage, and booking behavior to identify friction points and conversion opportunities.
• Develop product analytics capabilities and introduce experimentation frameworks with hypothesis design and measurement.
• Investigate marketplace data across multiple products and systems to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Lead analytical initiatives from discovery to adoption, delivering measurable business value.
