Job summary

Parexel seeks an experienced Global Study Manager to lead oncology trials from start-up to close-out in a fully remote UK capacity. You will drive start-up, activation plans, and cross‑functional collaboration to accelerate trial delivery.

Candidates bring at least 5 years in clinical trial management, strong leadership, communication, and a patient-centric mindset; English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading international clinical trials with strong oncology background.
• Proven ability to manage start-up, conduct and close-out activities.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken; senior-level Study Start-Up exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Global Study level implementation of Start-up and Site Activation Plans.
• Global/regional study level recruitment strategy and planning.
• Support development of global study level plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with global/local teams and CROs to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee study vendor management and deliverables.
