Mary’s Meals is seeking a Programme Logistics Manager to strengthen systems for their international school feeding programmes. You will oversee inventory, fleet, facilities and supplier management, and drive improvements across logistics operations.

Remote-friendly role with an office in Glasgow; some travel to Glasgow is likely. Demonstrated experience in international logistics, data-driven performance, and cross-cultural collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in logistics or operations within an international organisation.
• Strong understanding of logistics systems, processes and performance management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cultures.
• Experience using data and insights to monitor performance and drive improvements.
