Mary's Meals International is seeking a Programme Logistics Manager to strengthen systems supporting school feeding programmes worldwide. You will oversee inventory, fleet, facilities and supplier management, driving improvements and aligning with our operations strategy.

We welcome remote and flexible working with an office in Glasgow; some travel to Glasgow may be required. The role emphasizes safeguarding, collaboration, and delivering mission impact.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in logistics/operations within an international organisation.
• Strong understanding of logistics systems, processes and performance management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across cultures.
• Experience using data and insights to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to balance competing priorities.
• Proactive, adaptable and results-focused approach.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to turn insights into action.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Shape practical logistics policies, processes and tools for global programmes.
• Use performance data and insights to identify opportunities, manage risk and support decisions.
• Support country teams to build capability and standards.
• Foster collaboration between procurement and logistics to improve delivery.
• Champion safe, efficient fleet management including vehicle tracking.
• Strengthen supplier relationships, contract management and performance monitoring.
• Enhance facilities, warehousing and distribution practices across the supply chain.
• Contribute to programme planning, audits and operational strategy.
