As Account Manager, you will own day-to-day projects across a global account, coordinating with clients and internal teams to deliver Medical Affairs communications from brief to completion.

The role emphasizes building trusted client relationships, managing budgets and timelines, and contributing ideas to improve ways of working.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Medical Affairs or medical education programmes.
• BSc in Life Sciences.
• Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence communicating directly with pharmaceutical clients and senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines and project resources.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• The ability to collaborate with scientific, editorial, creative and digital colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day ownership of projects across a global account.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to deliver Medical Affairs activities from brief to completion.
• Manage budgets, timelines and project resources.
• Coordinate editorial, creative, digital and client services colleagues across multiple workstreams.
• Identify risks and provide practical solutions.
• Support meetings with clients and external experts, including preparation, delivery and follow-up.
• Contribute ideas to improve ways of working and strengthen client partnership.
