Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is hiring a Project Manager for Central Laboratory Services to lead CRO laboratory projects across disciplines and accelerate therapeutic development. This remote role supports activities in the UK and other markets, requiring cross-functional leadership and strong client liaison.

You will oversee project plans, risk management, data management, and timely delivery, while ensuring budget adherence and quality; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Experience as a Project Manager for Central Laboratories in CRO/pharma/biotech settings.
• Excellent listening and communication skills; ability to make internal colleagues and clients feel understood.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from conception through close-out with detailed planning, risk management and budget control.
• Manage timelines, budgets, revenue and contracted scope; forecast resource needs.
• Coordinate data management, inventory, shipping, and client communications across studies.
• Present project information at internal and external meetings; prepare client reports and communications.
• Identify out-of-scope work and develop action plans; ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
