Job summary

Regeneron UK Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Manager, Precision Medicine Clinical Laboratory Study Management to lead CLSM teams and drive biomarker strategies across therapeutic areas including Immuno-Oncology.

You will partner with the Precision Medicine Strategy Lead, clinical study teams, DM, SKDL, and CLPM to ensure seamless sample collection, testing and data transfer, and to deliver high-quality data for trials.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with minimum 8 years pharmaceutical experience in matrix interaction.
Minimum 5 years' experience with Clinical Trials, focus on clinical sample collection.
Extensive experience in Clinical laboratory operations, biospecimen logistics, and/or clinical study experience.
Strong understanding of technical, clinical, and strategic aspects of laboratory operations delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of CLSM for various therapeutic areas.
Build lab database to address clinical trial sample collection needs, kits, testing and logistics.
Monitor acquisition of clinical trial samples and ensure compliance with ICF permissions.
Oversee Study start up, closeout and lifecycle activities for assigned studies at central/specialty labs.
Collaborate with data management and SKDL to determine data capture and transfer.
