Job summary

Precision for Medicine is hiring a Project Manager, Central Laboratory Services to lead CRO laboratory projects across assay development, clinical testing, biorepository and logistics. This client-facing role requires cross-functional leadership to translate plans into action and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and study revenues, mentor junior project managers, and maintain documentation while navigating a global client network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field.
• Must have experience working as a Project Manager for Central Laboratories either for a CRO, Pharmaceutical or Biotech company.
• Excellent listening and communication skills, has an uncanny ability to make internal colleagues and clients feel understood.

Responsibilities

• Leads projects from conception through close-out with detailed planning, execution, risk management and stakeholder management.
• Create, track and report project timelines, budgets and revenue goals; forecast resources.
• Coordinate data gathering, reports and communications to clients, collaborators and vendors.
