Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a commercially minded Category Manager - Indirect to oversee procurement activities within a global indirect spend portfolio. You will lead sourcing activity, negotiate agreements, and drive supplier performance across a multinational context.

This remote role with some travel offers exposure to HR, IT, Finance, and Operations, enabling influence across regions while delivering measurable cost savings and process improvements in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years indirect procurement experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Category Management.
• Proven experience managing indirect spend across a complex business environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and supplier management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects including RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, negotiations, supplier selection, and contract award.
• Develop and implement supplier frameworks, preferred supplier agreements, and commercial rate cards.
• Identify and deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, and value creation opportunities.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, Operations to understand requirements and influence purchasing decisions.
• Monitor supplier performance against SLAs and conduct business reviews.
