Pertemps SSDC - DDT is seeking a GIS Analyst (FME Specialist) to join a major environmental programme. The role focuses on developing and maintaining geospatial workflows with FME, automating data processing and QA, and transforming complex environmental datasets remotely from the UK mainland.

You will create mapping products and decision-support tools, collaborate with ecological experts, and ensure GDPR compliance across data management activities while supporting a woodland programme.

Qualifications

• Proven GIS experience and data workflow development.
• Experience creating automated data workflows.
• Knowledge of environmental and ecological datasets.
• Strong understanding of spatial data management and analysis.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data governance principles.
• Ability to manage complex datasets and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
