Job summary

CapsLock is building its AI Media Production platform, and we are hiring the tech lead who will architect it. You will be the first engineer in this direction, collaborating with the Design Director as the technical interface between creative teams and software infrastructure.

This role focuses on building reproducible generative pipelines, one-click presets, and end-to-end LoRA training, ensuring assets match real products 1:1 and enabling a seamless creative workflow.

Qualifications

• Shipped generative pipelines used by others.
• Production-grade workflows in ComfyUI or similar tech.
• Strong Python: automation, API integrations, custom nodes.
• LoRA training end-to-end, from dataset curation to evaluation.
• Control techniques across modalities: ControlNet, IP-Adapter, inpainting, reference conditioning.
• Pipelines deployed as internal tools.
• Enough visual literacy to set the quality bar.
• Fluent English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Architect and run the AI Media Production platform.
• Ship modular, versioned pipelines, node-based and/or code-first.
• Develop one-click presets and use cases for image and video generation.
• Train LoRAs end-to-end for production-ready models.
• Build control-first generation into every pipeline.
• Engineer QC into the pipeline against product references.
• Own the technical roadmap with the Design Director.
