Sumo Digital Ltd in Leamington Spa is seeking a Live Ops professional to support Lab42 Games on multiple projects across engines and platforms. The role blends analysis, strategy, and stakeholder communication to inform pitches and development.

• Experience in the games industry in disciplines such as game design, product management, or live operations.
• Strong understanding of the games market, current market trends and player behaviors.
• Ability to use data and insights to identify opportunities and measure impact.
• Proactive, evidence-based problem solving with evidence-backed recommendations.
• Experience prioritising backlogs within a development environment; publishing experience is desirable.

What you'll bring with you:

• Experience within the games industry in disciplines such as game design, product management, or live operations.

• The ability to use data and insights to identify opportunities, drive product improvements, and measure impact.
• A proactive, evidence-based approach to problem solving, with the confidence advocate for recommendations supported by evidence.
• Experience managing and prioritising backlogs within a development environment; publishing experience is desirable.
• Practical experience applying prioritisation frameworks (e.g., ICE, Jobs to Be Done) to support effective backlog management and decision-making.
• Experience combining qualitative and quantitative insights to develop a comprehensive understanding of player behaviours, needs, and motivations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience developing concepts and presenting proposals.
• Pragmatic and outcome-focused approach to delivery, balancing business value, user needs, and resource constraints.
