Horizon Care & Education is seeking a Funding and Bids Co Ordinator to drive funding initiatives and manage bids across Education, Supported Accommodation and Residential divisions. The role requires strong coordination, stakeholder engagement, and data management using Salesforce and procurement portals.

Remote working with occasional travel to head office in Leeds is available, with a clear pathway for professional development.

Qualifications

• Strong project coordination and administrative skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships in public sector or education.
• Familiarity with funding or contract management processes.
• Experience coordinating bid submissions.

Responsabilités

• Manage uplift process for Education, Supported Accommodation and Residential divisions.
• Coordinate meetings with local authorities to support negotiations.
• Prepare and submit offers to internal decision-making panel.
• Escalate issues to Head of Pricing as needed.
• Support bids, Tender Toolkit and procurement portals; monitor bid trackers.
• Lead Contract Audit project in Salesforce to ensure data integrity.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support to other managers.
