Job summary

Ascenti Digital is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer to help shape our growing product portfolio. You will design, build and maintain modern web applications using React, TypeScript, Next.js and related technologies, across both front-end and back-end systems.

Working remotely with occasional travel, you will collaborate with product, design and clinical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that improve healthcare experiences across the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Next.js and modern front-end development.
• Knowledge of React Native and state management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain modern full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, Next.js and related technologies.
• Take technical ownership of features and help shape software architecture.
• Build intuitive, responsive user interfaces with strong user experience focus.
• Work across front-end and back-end systems to deliver scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Digital and Business stakeholders to translate ideas into software.
• Improve code quality via testing, peer reviews and engineering best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative culture.
• Contribute to Agile ways of working and continuous improvement.
• Explore new technologies, including AI-assisted development tools.
