Qualifications

• Experience solving hard problems through past projects or contributions.
• Expertise in Python and backend development across the stack.
• Strong design patterns, APIs, cloud tools and data structures.
• Solid test design and security fundamentals.
• Attention to detail when changing live, business-critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Scope work within a large existing system and plan rollout impact.
• Roll out changes safely with minimal disruption to users.
• Debug, operate, and monitor what you build from customer feedback.
• Own features from scoping to completion with mentorship.
