ElevenLabs is seeking a Research Engineer to join the research team, focusing on data infrastructure powering frontier AI models. You will own systems that collect, process, and curate data at scale to enable training state-of-the-art models.

You will build large-scale data pipelines, train models used in data processing, design curation strategies, and create tooling that lets researchers explore datasets quickly and reliably. Remote-friendly role with global teams.

Competenze

• Experience building data-intensive systems to support ML training.
• Strong skills in distributed data processing at scale.
• Ability to evaluate data quality and its effect on models.
• Bonus: experience building or operating web crawlers.

Mansioni

• Build large-scale data pipelines for collecting, processing, filtering, and transforming datasets used to train state-of-the-art models.
• Train models used in data processing pipelines, such as classifiers and labeling models.
• Design data curation strategies to improve model performance (deduplication, quality scoring, labeling, augmentation).
• Create tooling and infrastructure that lets researchers explore and train on massive datasets quickly and reliably.
