Qualifications

• No formal experience or degrees required; a portfolio of projects or GitHub contributions demonstrates ability.
• Expertise in Python and backend development is essential.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud infrastructure tools, storage solutions, and data structures.
• Knowledge about test design and security fundamentals is expected.
• Desirable: Kubernetes, Stripe or other payment processing experience, and understanding of AI model basics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the platform on top of our voice models used by millions of users.
• Improve existing products to be intuitive, powerful, and capable of innovative research.
• Maintain and strengthen internal infrastructure for live, performant, and secure services.
• Collaborate with Frontend, Growth, and Sales to design customer solutions.
