Job summary

Sprint Innovations Ltd. is actively seeking a developer to join a small, remote team building modern web applications for finance, property and telco clients. The role emphasizes Angular front-end work with Java capability, plus API, backend services and production support.

You’ll work in a Roam virtual office with a daily 9am standup and two-week sprints. You’ll be expected to test assumptions, critically review outputs and own changes from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Build accessible, responsive web interfaces with Angular, TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
Design maintainable components, application state, forms, validation and API integrations.
Develop and maintain back-end services, REST APIs, application logic and data integrations.
Write meaningful automated tests and review code for correctness, security, performance and maintainability.
Take ownership of features from clarification and estimation through release and improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders: understand the underlying need, challenge requests constructively and explain options and trade-offs.
Use AI tools appropriately, verify their output and protect client data, credentials and proprietary code.
Contribute to code reviews, team learning and continuous improvement of delivery practices.
