Job summary

Fever is seeking a senior partnerships manager to lead Fever's biggest partners and their events across exhibitions, festivals, immersive experiences and arenas. You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal and Finance to deliver on ambitious growth and maintain strong relationships.

You will establish KPIs, drive data-driven strategies, produce regular performance updates, gather partner feedback, and mentor junior Project Managers as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project management or management consulting.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical, organized, solutions oriented with ability to handle multiple workstreams.
• Curious, eager to push boundaries and try new concepts.
• Strives for excellence in own work and in others.
• Ability to think strategically about partnerships and data.

Responsibilities

• Manage Fever’s biggest partners and their events/projects across all verticals.
• Oversee lifecycle of each partner event, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Build strategic relationships, act as trusted advisor, anticipate needs and address challenges.
• Drive partner performance by establishing KPIs and data-driven strategies; report insights.
• Gather partner feedback and translate into actionable product/marketing improvements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers as the team grows.
• Achieve a 360 understanding of Fever teams and processes.
