Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in community development, growth, or operations.
• Deep knowledge of French culture and fluency in French.
• Strong ability to build and recruit local moderators and communities.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify local moderator challenges and opportunities in the French market.
• Design and iterate growth playbooks to onboard power users becoming moderators.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Safety, and BD teams to scale growth.
• Communicate insights with quantitative and qualitative KPIs.
• Drive ambitious goals and execute high-impact community initiatives.
