Input Global is seeking a Social Media Engagement Manager to lead founder-focused engagement on X and LinkedIn. You will craft personalized replies in each founder’s voice, grow visibility, and drive follower growth through thoughtful, data-informed strategies.

You’ll operate hands-on, learning new industries quickly in fintech, crypto, AI, and emerging tech, while collaborating with the SMM team to maintain high-quality engagement that feels human, not generic.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts, communities, or engagement, with a focus on X (Twitter).
• Ability to write natural, human-sounding replies in English.
• Strong understanding of tone of voice and adapting to founder personalities.
• Analytical mindset: track what works and adjust strategy.
