M11 is looking for a hands-on Social Media & Founder Content Lead who lives on the internet. You’ll own M11’s day-to-day social presence across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, turning ideas and moments into content every day with a distinct voice.

Bring a creator mindset: you’ve managed creator networks, can shoot, edit and publish without a production team, and know what makes people stop scrolling. You’ll experiment with formats, cover real-time events, and help founders shape public voices.

Qualifications

• Experience turning conversations and moments into content daily.
• Ability to work without multi-week approvals.
• Strong sense of voice and taste for creator culture.

Responsibilities
