Job summary

Learndirect Ltd in the United Kingdom seeks an IQA/Assessor for Forest School Leaders to work remotely on a part-time, contract basis. You will quality assure learner portfolios online and support the faculty to meet awarding body requirements, while contributing to learner success through flexible online delivery.

The role requires L3 Forest School Leader, assessing/teaching qualification, and a Level 4 IQA award or progress towards it, plus substantial experience in forest school

Qualifications

• L3 Forest School Leader qualification required.
• Assessing/teaching qualification required.
• Level 4 Award in Internal Quality Assurance or equivalent.
• Significant experience in forest school qualifications and animal care sector.
• Familiarity with awarding body assessment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Internal quality assurance of learner e-portfolios.
• Support standardisation meetings with Head of Faculty.
• Uphold IQA processes with awarding bodies.
• Provide guidance to assessors on course requirements and assessments.
• Produce monthly IQA reports.
• Maintain CPD and subject knowledge.
• Track and report learner progress.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, GDPR, and health and safety.
• Maintain IQA records and provide tutor feedback.
• CPD maintenance.
