Qualifications

• 2+ years in fleet maintenance or operations management
• 5–8 years of direct management experience
• Prior technician/mechanic experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with light/medium duty vehicle repair
• Willingness to travel and oversee multiple locations
• Strong knowledge of DOT rules and procedures
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel and fleet management ERP systems
