Job summary

Interpath is seeking an experienced Director, Digital Transformation Advisory to join a newly established Digital Transformation team. You will lead high-impact client engagements across industries and geographies, shaping Interpath's digital transformation capability alongside the Managing Director.

You will work on technology-enabled transformations, M&A activities, operating model changes, and strategic technology initiatives, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver results and build

Qualifications

• Strong business development and sales track record with ability to originate and win new opportunities.
• Extensive management consulting experience leading digital transformation and technology advisory engagements.
• Proven track record delivering multidisciplinary transformation programmes across multiple sectors.
• Broad expertise across technology strategy, operating models, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, data, and M&A tech.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with C-suite/Board exposure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with pragmatic, commercial recommendations.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative leadership with experience building and developing high-performing teams.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex digital transformation engagements across multiple industries and international markets.
• Project manage large-scale, multidisciplinary technology programmes within timelines and budgets.
• Serve as the primary interface between technology and business stakeholders, translating complex topics into actionable insights.
• Lead client engagements across strategic planning, technology strategy, operating model design, and data governance.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and third-party providers to deliver successful outcomes.
• Mentor, coach, and develop high-performing teams and contribute to practice growth.
