Ignite is partnering with a fast-growth UK challenger brand in the FMCG space to hire a Creative Strategist who will own the Performance Creative output across Meta, TikTok and YouTube. This role offers autonomy, ownership and influence from day one in a founder-led, ambitious culture.

You'll drive direct response campaigns, scale D2C paid social, and deliver measurable outcomes. The team rewards data-driven minds who translate insights into profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Creative Strategy, Direct Response or Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on management of Meta Ads at scale; TikTok/YouTube experience a plus.
• Proven history scaling D2C or E‑commerce brands via paid social.
• Commercially sharp, data-driven and analytical by nature.
