Job summary

NatWest Group is seeking a Product Designer to own product design across a portfolio, applying end-to-end design thinking in a fintech context. This remote-first, 12-month contract involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and spending one day a week in the office for alignment.

You will champion user research, develop journey maps, wireframes, hi-fidelity UI and prototypes, and run ideation workshops to align with business goals and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer focused digital products.
• Experience with native mobile design is a plus.
• Ability to work in agile, fast paced, data driven environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating past work is required.
