Job summary

NatWest Group is seeking a Product Designer to lead design across a portfolio, applying end-to-end design thinking in a fast-paced Fintech context. The role emphasises remote-first collaboration with weekly office touchpoints to align with teammates and stakeholders.

You’ll champion design thinking, run workshops, craft reports, and work with engineering, product, and business teams to translate user needs into high-quality digital experiences. This is a 10-month contract in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer-focused designs, including native mobile design.
• Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced and data-driven environment.
• Experience developing customer-facing digital applications and launching digital products.
• Understanding of user research and its impact on design solutions.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Push usability and market success of our new and current products.
• Produce journey maps, UX wireframes, hi-fidelity UI and prototypes to communicate design ideas to obtain stakeholder buy-in.
• Run and manage ideation, brainstorming and critiquing workshops with multiple stakeholders.
• Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to find solutions to design challenges that appeal to customers.
