Wealth Wizards is seeking a Financial Planning Consultant to grow the Personal Advice Team and manage customers throughout their journey. You will deliver financial guidance over the phone, support digital engagement, and promote new wellbeing propositions.

The successful candidate will build trusted relationships, listen effectively to needs, and identify opportunities to provide tailored advice while embracing Wealth Wizards’ use of technology to enhance service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role within financial services.
• Ability to manage client relationships end-to-end via phone, email, and video.
• Experience of delivering personalised financial guidance over the phone.
• Comfort with using technology to support client conversations and service delivery.

Responsabilités

• Carry out initial and coaching calls booked with the Personal Advice Team.
• Identify opportunities for personalised advice and guide customers to existing services.
• Support customers through digital journeys and ensure information is captured for advice.
• Manage clients and opportunities using technology to enhance the customer experience.
• Contribute learning from new technologies to the Product team to improve future tools.
• Support delivery of new engagement services and generate referrals.
• Maintain up-to-date financial knowledge and complete CPD.
