OneDome is seeking a Financial Adviser in Whiteley, Hampshire, to join an established Quilter Financial Planning ARF. The role focuses on remote/telephone-based client work with weekly office collaboration, supported by full paraplanning and a strong lead flow.

You will start with comprehensive training and mentorship, taking over clients from senior advisers, and building ongoing relationships while leveraging referrals from mortgage, protection, wills and estate planning sources.

Responsibilities

• Take over and manage clients passed across by senior advisers.
• Build relationships with existing ad hoc clients and transition them to ongoing service arrangements.
• Follow up and convert qualified leads generated through established referral partnerships.
• Develop business from wills and estate planning referral sources.
