Job summary

Dentons is recruiting a Finance Systems Analyst to provide technical support, system analysis and administration for the firm's financial systems including Elite 3E, Intapp Time and Emburse. The role supports a recent Practice Management System implementation and aims to maximise return on that investment.

The successful candidate will monitor data integrity, manage system access and collaborate with finance, IT and external vendors in a global environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in Finance, IT or professional services technical support.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proven track record supporting business-critical applications.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Experience with Elite 3E and related financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring and data integrity checks for the suite of financial systems.
• System administration and support for Elite 3E, Intapp Time, Emburse and Enable (ERM).
• Analysing data feeds in Integration Builder to ensure accurate system integration.
• Liaising with software vendor and managing escalation of issues and working with them where required.
• Effective and timely status reports to line management.
• Assist with process documentation and instructions to ensure compliance and best practice.
