Venture Recruitment Partners is supporting an emerging, investment-backed technology business to appoint a Temporary Finance Analyst. This role will build a new analytics function, partnering with senior leadership to inform strategy and funding decisions.

Qualifications

• ACA qualification from a Big 4 firm
• Experience in a commercial or analytical role
• Strong financial modelling and FP&A skills
• Proactive and autonomous in evolving business environments

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the finance analytics capability with reporting across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
• Deliver FP&A outputs including budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis
• Partner with senior leadership and investors to provide actionable insights
• Analyse capex and investment cases for prioritisation and ROI decisions
• Support finance team with ad hoc analysis and drive financial visibility across the business
