The position is a contract, with 1 day in the office and 4 days remote, requiring initial face-to-face training. Strong IT skills and Excel proficiency are essential for managing payments and GDPR

Qualifikationen

• Experienced financial administrator with proven track record.
• Strong IT skills across Microsoft 365 and Excel.
• Experience in public administration would be advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Provide support and guidance to staff and carers on means tested financial assessments.
• Complete means tested financial assessments for carers at regular review points.
• Update financial spreadsheets and client database (LCS) with current information.
• Communicate updated allowance figures to carers and ensure payments are set up or amended in the LIFT finance system.
• Ensure confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
