Job summary

Aqua designs, supplies and installs innovative temperature control solutions across the UK. The Service Engineer role is to install, commission, fault-find, service and repair hire equipment on customer sites and in depot workshops, with remote working supported where applicable.

Key duties include on-site installation, commissioning, fault resolution, and providing timely feedback to the service desk and other departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in service and maintenance of hire equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding abilities.
• Good communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• To provide a service for installation, commissioning, decommissioning, troubleshooting and fault resolution of hire equipment on customer sites across the UK.
• To support depot workshops when no site works are scheduled.
• Provide timely feedback to appropriate departments regarding ongoing site issues.
• Maintain service tools and paperwork in accordance with company procedures.
• Travel within the UK as required, with aim to restrict area of cover within 4 hours travelling time.
