Job summary

Xograph Healthcare, part of the Healthcare 21 Group, is a leading supplier of medical imaging equipment across the UK and Ireland. As a Field Service Engineer, you will develop and maintain specialist competence for your product branch (X-Ray or Critical Care), installing, calibrating and repairing equipment to ensure safety and uptime.

You will diagnose faults, provide phone and on-site support, and work with clinical teams to minimise downtime.

Qualifications

HNC/HND (or equivalent) in electronics, electrical/biomedical engineering, or related field.
Field service experience in medical equipment preferred.
Strong diagnostic capability across electrical, electronic, mechanical, IT and software systems.
Willingness to travel within the UK & Ireland.
Full UK driving licence; DBS clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

Carry out installation, commissioning, preventative maintenance, calibration, fault diagnosis and repair on equipment for which you have been trained.
Provide primary technical support for your predominant product branch while developing the skills for wider HC21 equipment.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and minimise disruption to clinical services.
Complete service reports and documentation accurately within timescales.
Follow safety, regulatory and company procedures at all times.
