Job summary

TRS Consulting is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service, repair and maintain advanced X-ray systems at hospitals and healthcare centres across the UK. You will work with manufacturers to deliver high-quality on-site diagnostics, ensuring minimal downtime for critical imaging equipment.

You will join a global leader in healthcare imaging, with extensive product training through mentoring and manufacturer courses, and opportunities to progress into more technical specialist roles.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing high-value capital equipment.
• Qualified to HNC level or above in electronics or a relevant technical discipline.
• Background in medical imaging, healthcare equipment or related field.
• Impeccable customer service skills in a professional, client-facing environment.

• Full product training on a range of medical imaging systems will be provided through engineer mentoring and manufacturer training courses

You will be responsible forfor the service, repair, breakdown and maintenance of their range of highly advanced x-ray systems located at hospitals and healthcare centres.

Your Background - Field Service Engineer

• Experience of repairing high-value capital equipment
• Qualified to HNC level or above in electronics or another relevant technical discipline
• Background inmedical, laboratory, scientific, biomedical, pathology laboratory diagnostics, medical imaging, surgical systems, sterilisation or associated healthcare equipment
• Impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner incustomer facing environments
• Flexible approach with the positive determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges through successful constructive resolutions
