Job summary

PIB Group is seeking a Field-Based Risk Manager for the Health & Safety Risk Management arm. You will work remotely and on client sites across the M1 Corridor area, conducting risk assessments, surveys and inspections to help clients manage operational and regulatory risks.

You’ll build relationships, produce tailored risk documentation, and liaise with enforcing authorities as needed. A UK driving licence is essential, with travel and occasional overnight stays required.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH/IOSH qualification or working towards it.
• Experience in risk assessment, audits, or health & safety consultancy.
• Confident, client-facing, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments, surveys and inspections at client sites.
• Produce tailored risk management documentation.
• Investigate incidents and liaise with enforcing authorities.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
