Job summary

PIB Group's Risk Management arm seeks a Field-Based Risk Manager to oversee health & safety across client sites. You will conduct risk assessments, develop bespoke documentation, and support incident investigations while coordinating with authorities and clients.

The role offers autonomy over your diary, possible overnight stays, and a nationwide field-based remit, backed by a leading risk management business.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH/IOSH qualification (or working towards).
• Experience in risk assessment, audits, or H&S consultancy.
• Confident, client-facing, and self-motivated.
• Full UK driving licence - willingness to travel and occasionally stay overnight.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments, surveys, and inspections at client sites.
• Produce tailored risk management documentation.
• Investigate incidents and liaise with enforcing authorities.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
