Logistics UK is seeking an experienced HGV Inspection Engineer to join our Vehicle Inspection Team across London, with field visits to Essex and East London. You will audit and inspect vehicles, not repair them, helping members stay compliant and informed about regulatory changes.

This full-time role offers a company vehicle, PPE, and tools to perform inspections confidently, plus ongoing training and development. You will build relationships with members and support improvements.

Qualificações

• Fully trained HGV or MHE Engineer with the cited qualifications.
• Inspection experience to IRTEC standards and PSV/PCV testing knowledge.
• Valid car licence with workshop experience or Category C HGV licence.
• Strong IT skills and ability to work in field-based roles.
• Membership of a professional body is desirable but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and organise work in line with scheduling system and policies.
• Carry out inspections and audits safely to high standards.
• Complete all reports and documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain electronic systems and protect data security.
• Engage with members to deliver practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Attend training and meetings and support the Regional Operations Manager.
