Job summary

Precision for Medicine, part of Precision Medicine Group, is seeking a Senior Feasibility Associate/Feasibility Manager for its European team. The role can be fully remote across the UK and several European countries, with the final title based on experience and responsibility.

The Feasibility Manager will deliver evidence-based assessments across pre/post-award and collaborate with BD, Clinical Operations, Medical, and other teams to ensure credible, actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related discipline.
• Minimum of two years in clinical trial feasibility, clinical operations, site intelligence, epidemiology, or related area.
• Experience conducting or contributing to clinical trial feasibility analysis and site/country identification.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to feasibility assessments for client requests for proposals.
• Review protocols, study assumptions, client information, and operational plans for trials.
• Conduct competitive landscape, recruitment, epidemiology, country/site analyses.
• Translate evidence into clear country/site/recruitment recommendations.
• Develop transparent rationales for assumptions and identify data limitations/risks.
• Present methods and findings to colleagues and clients.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather feasibility information.
• Coordinate targeted site and investigator outreach when appropriate.
• Participate in bid-defence meetings and client discussions.
• Contribute to development of feasibility methods, data sources, tools, and best practices.
