Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, International Trade, Business, Supply Chain, or Law
• Engineering background or strong technical expertise
• Significant experience in Export Controls and Trade Compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional export controls and sanctions program across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India.
• Oversee military, dual-use, ECCN, and SCOMET classifications and licensing guidance.
• Drive internal program improvements, audits, risk assessments, and regulatory impact analyses.
• Engage with authorities on audits, disclosures, licensing, and related regulatory matters.
• Manage export compliance training and cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliant processes.
• Support automation and Global Trade Management initiatives.
• Lead the decentralized Export Compliance Team, travel up to 25%.
