Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks an experienced Manager Export Compliance EMEA & India to lead export controls, sanctions compliance, and licensing across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India. You will serve as the regional SME, partnering with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Product Management, Sales, Legal and IT.

The role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex regulations into practical business solutions while driving continuous process

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, International Trade, Business, Supply Chain, Law, or related discipline.
Master's degree is preferred.
Strong background in EU Dual-Use, UK Strategic Export Controls, US EAR/ECCN/SCOMET/Military List.

Responsibilities

Lead the regional export controls and sanctions compliance program across EMEA & India.
Provide technical guidance on ECCN/SCOMET classifications to engineering teams.
Drive internal program improvements, audits, and risk assessments.
Engage with authorities on licensing, disclosures, and regulatory matters.
Manage training programs and partner with stakeholders for compliant processes.
Support automation and Global Trade Management initiatives.
